 Return & Exchange Policy

– Exchange Only: We only accept exchanges. If you need to exchange a product, you must request the exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

– Exchange Request: To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@glamStory.in  within 3 days of receiving your product. Include your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

– Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Products that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be eligible for an exchange.

– Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

– Processing Time: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your exchange. Please allow 7 business days for the exchange to be processed and the new product to be shipped.

 Damaged or Defective Products

– Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

– Replacement: If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the damaged or defective product.
